Following the discussion yesterday about jobs and mind-maps I went back and looked through all the maps I created before each of the podcasts I've recorded. They are great for this purpose because you don't get lost in a list of questions, but are instead able to navigate points around a particular area, and control the tangents a little more; which is useful when someone is expecting you to make sure the discussion has some structure.
Here is the one I made before speaking to Russell.
You can tell I was worried that I might run out of things to talk about. After Russell came Ben.
Clearly I was less worried. Then John.
Then Mr. Cranky.
Finally Dan The Man.
My only conclusions from all of this are that everything looks better in blue, in a Moleskin, that I have old man hand-writing, and that I pretty much ask everyone the same questions.

Simon didn't warrant a mind map?

Was too big to scan.

I've never been a mind map before. I am proud.

So have you ditched the black and red for moleskin now?
You've changed Colman. Gone all ad lovey.

That was ages ago (darling).
