It has been a week since I posted. There are lots of reasons for this, but mostly it's to do with not having very much to say about anything. Now I know this hasn't prevented me from writing this blog for over a year now, but combined with a rather stacked diary...
...this had led to a cessation in blog activity. It's now a bit like the early days when I first started doing it - pretty much writing for myself, knowing there was not that many people reading (beyond the thousand or so hardcore fans), and I quite like that - feels like I'm testing the water again.
Anyway, enough nonsense, here are some clips from the week.
I started the week with a slight eye swelling, which is always useful in securing agreement on a brief.
I watched an account man, enlivened with excitement and fervour for the work, almost burst out of his skin with excitement as he explained all to the client.
I rode the carriages.
Appeared, in all my glory, on CCTV.
Thought a problem through, or doodled, depending which way you look at it.
I saw fashion first hand, and it wasn't pretty.
And I added my signature to a worthy sentiment to a parting colleague.
So that was me. What about you - what were you all (or both of you) up to this week?

For what emergencies do you keep a bottle of bubbles behind your laptop?

Well Camiel, you just never know. I used to have two, but used one when we got some new neighbours in the office next to ours.

the modern definition of infinity: you capturing CCTV capturing you capturing CCTV... etc, etc.
...and is the colleague's departure related to said sartorial crimes against dignity?

No, no Lauren, different colleagues - though I should think the sartorial offence you mention is misconduct of some kind.

or misappropriation.

Indeed.

I've been talking to idiots all week.
I even had breakfast with a few.

Was nice to see you too, Ben.

Where's that bloody Tom LR these days?
Posted by: Ben | 06/30/2007 at 11:04 PM
We all miss him. But he's out there - truckin along.

interesting question of what we get up to on the weekend. I am writing from Sydney Australia, but have become slightly addicted to BBC Radio 6music the Russell Howard and Jon Richardson show. Gosh I love online radio streaming....

No change then, Tom.

I HAVE changed now. Still have ridiculous underpants on however.
